Research-use-only acknowledgement

All Bio Pointe products are supplied strictly for laboratory, analytical, and other non-clinical research use. They are not for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use. You acknowledge this at account creation and at checkout, and you are responsible for handling and using materials lawfully and safely.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract and use the materials only in appropriate research settings. Orders are available to registered organizations and independent researchers.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your password secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify support promptly of any unauthorized use.

Orders, pricing, and availability

Prices, specifications, and availability may change without notice. We may decline, limit, or cancel orders, including for suspected misuse, payment issues, or inventory constraints. Order confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment until the order is accepted and processed.

Payment

You authorize the payment method selected at checkout, including any disclosed processing fees or payment-method adjustments. Payment is handled by third-party providers under their own terms.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Prohibited uses

You may not use Bio Pointe materials for human or animal use, resell or distribute them in violation of applicable law, or misrepresent their intended research use. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or access accounts that are not yours.

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bio Pointe Life Sciences is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any use of materials outside their research-use-only purpose.
