Everything on the record, up front.
The details researchers ask before ordering — documentation, specifications, shipping, and payment. Need something not covered here? Contact our team.
Are Bio Pointe peptides for human or animal use?
No. Every product is supplied strictly for research, laboratory, analytical, and development use only. Bio Pointe materials are not for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use, and are not sold as a drug, supplement, food ingredient, or cosmetic.
Do orders include a certificate of analysis (COA)?
Lot documentation is provided when available for the material supplied. Availability can vary by product and lot; contact support if you need documentation confirmed before ordering.
What purity do you guarantee?
Bio Pointe does not make a blanket purity guarantee across the catalog. Review the lot documentation when available for the material-specific information associated with an order.
How are orders fulfilled?
Orders use domestic standard shipping. The carrier and service level may vary, and tracking is provided when available.
What does shipping cost, and how fast is it?
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout. Processing and transit times vary with inventory, review requirements, destination, and carrier conditions; tracking is provided when available.
How should lyophilized material be stored?
Storage conditions vary by material, formulation, container, and physical form. Qualified laboratory personnel should follow the supplied batch label and documentation together with an approved, material-specific SOP using monitored laboratory storage. Do not apply a catalog-wide refrigeration rule or use household food storage.
Does Bio Pointe provide needles, injection instructions, doses, or schedules?
No. Do not inject, ingest, inhale, apply, or otherwise administer Bio Pointe materials to humans or animals. Bio Pointe does not recommend insulin needles, syringes, injection technique, doses, cycles, or frequency. The laboratory resource library addresses documentation, preparation planning, storage records, and occupational safety only.
How should a laboratory plan preparation of a lyophilized material?
There is no consumer preparation protocol. Qualified researchers must use the exact material identity, batch-specific documentation, a documented risk assessment, and an institutionally approved SOP to determine method-compatible equipment, solvent, concentration, controls, labeling, hold time, storage, and disposal.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout and can vary by configuration. Pricing and any disclosed payment-method adjustment are shown before you confirm.
What is your return and refund policy?
Because these are research materials, returns are handled case by case under our published returns policy. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support so the order can be reviewed.
Do I need an account to order?
No separate signup is needed before shopping. Enter your name and email at checkout and we create your account. Confirm the email link to sign in and return to your cart. A password is optional. Research-use-only terms are acknowledged before ordering.
